REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We provide 7-day return and 3-month exchange warranty for every piece of jewelry in our store. If the jewelry you buy from us has quality problems such as fading, falling diamonds etc., please feel free to contact us and we will replace it for you free of charge or give you a refund (within 7days from receiving the product) . We try our best to ensure the quality of each product, but because most of the products are made of many tiny materials, it is inevitable that a very small part of them may occur small problems. If so, please contact us in time and we will do our best to solve it for you.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer@jeweart.com.

PLEASE NOTE
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as personalized products, gift cards.  For those products, you can also contact us and ask for change if has any quality problem.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


There are certain situations wherl refunds are not granted (if applicable)


The product is damaged due to improper use or man-made damage
Products whose warranty period has expired

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If not receive the ordered item(s) after 30 days since the shipping date, you have right to ask for reship or refund.( Except for personalized products)

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Some promotional products which are claimed Irreplaceable on the product page cannot be refunded.
